Ordering Products FAQ
Do you sell to the general public?
West Coast Floral does not sell to the general public as this is our wholesale business selling directly to customers which include garden centres, chain stores, wholesalers/distributors, and florists and landscapers. Our retail garden centre, West Coast Gardens in South Surrey, sells to the general public offering plants, lifestyle products, and home decor. When are products available?
Once you’ve signed up as a new customer and have an account set-up with us, you’re added to our mailing list where we send out weekly newsletters on Thursdays with our product availability and price lists.
How often are products shipped?
Products are shipped every Tuesday year-round, with an added Friday dispatch option from March to June.
Where do you deliver?
With our extensive distribution centres throughout Western Canada, we ship regularly to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and can also arrange to ship to the Northwest Territories using third party carriers through Edmonton. What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
Though we pride ourselves on ensuring only quality products are delivered to our customers, accidents do happen! We are happy to resolve these and credit you accordingly on a case-by-case basis. Make sure to send a photo of your less-than-perfect product to your sales representative with a detailed explanation. Product claims must be made within 24 hours after receiving the product.
